Commercial/retail facilities include retail centers, financial institutions, mixed-use office buildings and day care centers.

Dental/medical/professional facilities include a broad range of building types and uses. Due to a successful track record designing and constructing dental and related facilities along with the strong relationships developed with these clients and a number of dental supply firms, Design 2 Construct Development Corporation has developed an excellent reputation for designing and constructing superior dental/professional buildings. D2C’s design team meticulously pays attention to the details that are crucial to the complex nature of a well thought out dental/professional clinic. Once designed, D2C’s experienced project managers and superintendents execute the plans and bring additional value to the entire process.

Industrial/office facilities also include a broad range of building types and uses. D2C has been heavily involved in the construction activity for a number of industrial parks in Slinger and Jackson, Wisconsin. D2C currently has a number of active construction projects in the Jackson Northwest Business Park, located just North of Highway 60 and East of Highway P in the Village of Jackson, Wisconsin. The park currently includes a total of approximately 150 acres developed by Design 2 Construct and its affiliates. Of the approximately 25 buildings in the business park, D2C has designed and constructed 22. Currently there are approximately 24 acres available for purchase in the park, with another 40 acres in the process of being developed.

The design and construction of custom residential homes is another discipline where D2C excels. The projects undertaken are typically executive homes with a minimum of 4,000 square feet of living space.
